- Door Facing:- Masonite Moulded densified gold wood fiber plates having density around 1000 kg/m3 and thickness of 3.0mm.
- Rails:- 75mm,100mm125mm plus on all the sides
- Quality Standard:- fully independently assessed by QRO and its complaint with the requirement of ISO 9001:2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.

- Construction Process:- a.Single or finger jointed hardwood frame is created
b.A filler core is created with filling of pine wood fixed with each other through staple pins.
c.It is put inside 2 Masonite moulded densified wood fiber skins with phenol-formaldehyde as adhesive.
d.Then it is pressed under fully automatic hot press at 125ºC to 135ºC temp with 200 ton. - Store, Install & Maintenance :- 1.Store in cool, dry and well-ventilated building.
2.Select well balanced ground for stacking.
3.Cover the stock with polythene sheet fit the door after completing all construction work.
4.Door can be cut up to 1 inches each side.
